Date & Time you was banned: I last played thursday (7/5/2015) evening. So around that time.

Please copy and paste the rule you broke: I have no idea what rule i broke. I died and as usually it was getting late, so i logged out. Now that i try to log in (10/5/2015) it says im banned. Completly clueless. 

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: If I should be given another chance I would be very greatfull though I dont even know what I did wrong. I really hope this is something that can be looked into, as i enjoy playing on the server with my friends.

A 20 second check and I found Looks like the person you RDM'd tried to speak to you several times before you logged for the night. Care to explain your actions?

I can clearly see on the video why you would ban me for that. But if it matters from my point of view i screamed for him to get his hands up. We were discussing in the car wether we should rob him or not and we came to a conclusion (maybe a bit too late, wether it was stupid or not), that we should go for it. As you can see at 0.20 in in this videoclip, i was on my way towards him with my rifle raised and i was telling him to stop and get his hands up. I dont know why he couldn't hear it. I think i might have been on the vehicle channel since i just came from there. My friend can back me up on this and so can the other guy in the vehicle whose ingame name is Viking. I acted like i did because he didn't respond and got in his car, i simply thought he wanted to escape or something like that.

About him messaging me, i dont recall that. He took me capture after a medic revived me and drove me to the rebels area and wanted to starve me (which was fair enough).

That is my explanation and im truly sorry that this ended up being an RDM on my part and i didn't respond to any messages i may have gotten.

Next time you take someones life in the game I suggest you are 100% sure they have heard your compliance.
