Description of what happened:
He was talking in side chat about getting revenge on people that killed him earlier/robbed him. He acted all immature about the case when we explained the "New life" rule after dying etc. but still wanted to get his revenge anyways, even after he already got his revenge the first time. 
 
He also accused the people that roleplayed a robbing was "randomly" killing him.
 
I've also seen him do it before, but this is without proof really.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
Somehow yes, I explained some rules to him but he just answered me in quite an immature way, and started to question my age and asked me why I cried about his business.. I just care about the rules and really dislike people that doesn't follow them.

I've been warned before for the rule that when u die, u start a new life and cannot hold grudge against people that killed u/robbed u etcetc. He went on a VDM and RDM rage.He also acts really childish about the everything when I nicely tries to explain something for him. Going into a personal attack etc.

Sounds like he is saying he will break NLR, but theres no evidence of him doing so.

I will keep this name noted... what i dont like is the whole age thing.... this is a nice community not a drama stage.
