Description of what happened: I had a man in handcuffs, and removed them to make him comfortable (fully RP) and he pulls out a pistol and fires at me and my officer (baring in mind we had only pulled him over for a routine check and had not had any firefight with him beforehand) - and then he continues to restrain glitch and fire AGAIN at PC Brandon @Clarkey
What Rule Was Broken ?: RDM / Glitching
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: I tried over phone messaging (OOC) as he is refused to come to Teamspeak and I saw no other way of contacting.
