Big angry title to get your attention..

Anyway, I really think there should be somewhere to buy rebel gear which isn't in the redzone...perhaps a blackmarket in the UNMC? I understand the risk factor but on a roleplay server it's not enjoyable to get gunned down by 7 campers when you don't have so much as a water pistol to defend yourself with.

Vid summed up:

- Waited until the helicopter left and entered

- Suspected there were still people there, tried to initiate some sort of roleplay and let them know I wasn't going to kill anyone

- Saw armed guy, tried to run off (completely unarmed)

- Gets gunned down on my way out. Only words spoken were from me begging not to be shot :3

Thoughts?

next time you venture south give unmc a call im sure they would be willing to send a team down and clear it out for you , thats if there not already there , remember unmc are hear to help the people

 
Wondering why you think no one will in the future jump on the blackmarket trade and there isn't an evolving story... see what happens young haywire

It's nice that UNMC are there...but as Hololock said it's kinda like calling the police. I can't expect you to respond and if you do there will likely be a good wait.

the difference is that if they call us before hand, and let us know they want to go there and buy gear we, will have them wait at pygros whilst we go down and clear it out for him, then not only does he not lose his truck he gets all the dead rebels trucks as well, i think 50k is a steal under those conditions

 
@blaze1981I feel like you have adware on your PC... many hyperlinks in things you're quoting, luckily they don't link to anything on this end... might want to get that looked into though ;)

 
Put one in the UNMC territory. But make it so you have to pay a premium for safety and peace of mind while gearing up

Seems this only works with UNMC only 50% of the time either. Messaged you guys we were landing at the rebel outpost yesterday, got the OK from you yourself apparently, UNMC still executed around 6 unarmed hobos. If I was you, I would just ignore UNMC as it seems that not all of them follow protocol.

Could have been miscommunication, at the end of the day when UNMC you have more chance of buying gear and surviving than some hobo gang holding the outpost and shooting on sight.

 
If you take the risk of gearing up at the outpost , you know your probably going too die. In my opinion people need to stop crying about it.

I really like the red zone to be honest. I have been down 3 times and not once have i been killed. Yes i have been sniped at but that was part of the fun.

I feel that there red zone should stay like it is but bring back the black market into the UNMC land.

unmc will not kill unarmed civs without good reason, sadly we get some civs who just come down to troll unmc soldiers and these are the hobos who get disposed of, any civs who just come to buy gear are well looked after and leave without any issues

You guys just better hope that it isn't TCK you're trying to clear out. Otherwise you all may as well just respawn
