More piss poor role play by bounty Hunters.

To be honest I have not got a clue what you just posted is it an insult?

So I will just say this STFU go play the game and stop being a bitch, stop coming to the forums every time something doesn't go your way, it was not fail RP it was all done by the book just because you do not like it does not mean we did anything wrong.

Next time get your friends to shoot us.

Might I be so bold as to suggest we lose name tags for everyone with the exception of the following: 

  • Cops can see other cops name tags. 
  • Gang members can see the name tags of those in their gang. 
  • Cops can still view the name tag of chopper pilots.
  • Anyone VDM'ing / RDM'ing has theeir name tag appear for 30+ seconds. - This way if you kill or try to, you cannot do it anonymously and it will be easier to catch hackers / trolls etc.

Name tags will ALWAYS be the reason people meta game.

On another note: I was watching Booker's stream last night and I get the Bounty hunter thing now. Those guys spent A FUCKING FORTUNE to get intel on the wanted list: £2.5K a pop to know how many metres away a given player is. 

I previously thought it was meta gaming but it is actually about as close to Dog the bounty hunter as you get. (Without having leather skin, a fat missus and looking like a wrestler from the 80's)

Also, I would like to add that Fuel is one of the best RP guys on the server. As legit as they come. I love emigrates and you know this but Fuel is a top man. :)

Make bounty hunters white listed as well, or give them some kind of training modules I don't know. Too much shit flying through the air involving bounty hunters lately.

In addition, I keep seeing bounty hunters using their roles as an excuse too; role playing as rebels, taking hostages and robbing people of their freedom, breaking traffic rules whenever I see someone, all of this as a bounty hunter. Whenever I set up a drone in Athira, I keep seeing bounty hunters who runs up to a civ, makes this civ surrender before they restrain the civ. It does not take long before a hostage message is posted in emergency call after the bounty hunter leaves with this civ, and they are not heading towards a HQ that for certain.

Anyways, I feel for you, Krusty Kris! :)

You tell me. I just think of and appreciate any solution to what is currently ongoing on the server, makes sure it does not continue, or simply better role play for everyone. Personally, what is currently ongoing with bounty hunters on the server, I find unacceptable.

I 100% would love to loose the name tag! you never know what situation your going to encounter :) thus applying more rp :)

 
Make the restraining the same as rebels, I mean what is 20K if you can get a bounty worth 500K. Would increase RP because BH need to talk before they can restrain somebody

So I commend you on how good your role play is usually and then you jump into a fit of rage telling me to shut the fuck up on a forums? Wipe the dribble off of your face. You're the first fucking person on the police force to start crying RDM whenever you're shot by a rebel, you even accused me of RDM when a gang member shot you? A direct result of poor communications within the Pyrgos unit, suddenly it's everyone's fault besides your own. 

"This picture is solid evidence it's you" is not exactly top role playing, neither is knocking down, restraining and putting in the car after saying my name and nothing more. Stick to the cop work, you seem to dribble less doing that.

In regards to BH's themselves, I believe White Listing or charging for Zipties would be the best result, it would appear people can't be trusted with free in-game restrain access.

Clearly the issue you have is the meta-gaming and lack of RP. 

using zipties would require people to willing surrender. Something that just doesn't happen even at the best of time. I don;t like the fact they were ramming you, and you didn't show the remaining footage. That's where most of the RP comes in. 

unless we have tools to help identify criminals, meta-gaming is the only option as BH. However the piss-poor RP I've seen from other BH, and those just camping towns is a legitimate concern.

Ramming me or remaining footage? not sure where you're on about that, this was all of it besides the part where I pulled over to engage in role play, they knocked me out, restrained me and called me out by name - unfortunately I had to tab out to mute teamspeak once restrained which meant it wasn't recorded by AMD Gaming Evolved :(

STFU, it was not even me, it was booker so get your facts right, and I get killed by rebels daily so your comment about me coming to the forums is also wrong, and to this day I still believe you RDM'd us, and so does the other officers I was with, yes it was poor comms, but they was dead they cannot tell us shit, plus we was not responding to the incident we was just on patrol in pygros and you kill us I did not report it for the fact it was you.

And to be honest your the only person that posts every little thing on this forum, this thread for example, another example of you trying to tarnish peoples reputation when we did not even do anything wrong, your just butt hurt.

How about this. You need X hours played on the server to be able to buy the license. Then there could be some sort of Bounty Hunter Complaints Comission, where you can report BH's with shitty RP like the video above. Bad RP will result in your license being taken away, in which case you will have to purchase it again at an increased price.

Removing the namtags is an option that could be tried out as a test run.  See if things get better or worse.

Lets face it, not all mug shots are as easy as this.
