Money lend, and debt paying off

i was lent money on character A by someone, character A finds it hard to get money, but character B finds it really easy to get money, is character B aloud to pay off the debt that character A has

(G2.9) Transferring money or items between your own characters is not allowed by any method.

Suggest you read thru both GTA RP rules and the Community rules (again) if you haven't done so already!

Well at the end of the day, those 2 characters shouldn't know each other, so why would char B pay someone's debt if they don't know them.

That said, if you are not talking of both chars from the same account it all comes down to the players
