Money betted and the game bugging

i bet 60k and 85k for 60k it said on my first hand id received 21 meaning i should have won but it said i went bust and i have a ss of this and when i bet 85k it said i went bust for 38 without a single hit. i have a ss of the 60k one but you can check the logs for the second one please. i should get 120k for the first one cuz i literally won and it shows in the ss.

This is already been put up as a bug. It has happened to me before aswell.

Never trust what the UI says with what your hand says. Always trust the cards that are on the table. If he says you got a 15, but your UI says you have 20. You do have 15 and will loose if she gets 17-21 even with your UI stating you have 20.

You would have submit a https://wiki.roleplay.co.uk/Guide:Compensation_Request and let staff deal with it. There is no guarantee you will get your money back but could be worth a shot.
