Description of what happened:
Well, me and a bunch of other guys, ( Dekkers, Xerone and Widnall ) Were robbing at the handgun store close to Kavala. A hatchback sport full of different colors of smoke came in, and about 4 people came out of it. We robbed the people, but they tried to drive on, and that resulted in some(Don't know if all of them died) of them dying. Now, I didn't kill any of these people. It turned out later, that they were admins though.
At that point, a whole lot of Police came to the handgun store, and tried to arrest us, as we had just robbed some admins, which then let to a firefight. I was on the hill sniping all of the time, and engaged in the firefight. At a point were Dekkers were banned for [SIZE=18.1818180084229px]accidentally[/SIZE] killing a medic, I stopped shooting and only watched the battlefield. I didn't think any of the police had seen my position as I also had a silencer, and therefor just hid. I then heard some shots, and saw that Mitch killed me. I didn't think Mitch was in the police, and was therefor quite confused over the kill. I chose to ask him over the cellphone after ( OOC ), asking him why he killed me. He said it was because I randomed a bunch of admins, he was sent in to kill. I didn't kill any of the admins we robbed though. And besides that, I don't know if that's a valid killreason at any rate.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
RDM = Ban if no role-play, Remember this is a serious roleplay community therefore shooting people on sight with no roleplay is RDM, engage in roleplay at all times.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
Yes, I asked Mitch, and he responded that I had randomed some admins, that he was sent to kill. We didn't random any admins though, as it was a robbery. Plus, I didn't kill any of the admins we robbed, neither did they see me, as I was on a hill.

I only have a screenshot of Mitch telling me why he killed me, and Dekkers has a video of the incidents before he got banned, on his Unban request ( Don't know if i'm allowed to link to his unban request. )

I don't want anyone banned or punished, as it was quite confusing, I just want a refund for my gear if this is proved Valid. I also just want to know if it's a valid kill reason.
