Missing Investor tag all of a sudden

Strange bug Investor tag gone but only effects me and no other investor weird eh.

P.s I'd love to see the forum log on that one thats for freaking sure.

P.p.s Bug my arse, if my own forums was this undependable I'd never use Invision power boards or IPB ever again thats for damn sure

This is usually down to the automated system expiring a previous donation (its a IPS system bug which can be corrected manually) however in this case @IceZarothhas opened a paypal resolution instantly without talking to us.

Something that needs to be corrected before we will take such action or we will revert to a community ban as per the donation terms.

4. If you dispute your payment your account(s) will be banned from our community until said dispute has been resolved.

If you think we will not restore your investor tags then you must think low of this community or myself, The fact your wasting your time and my time and the community's time  (I am working on map development) over an issue so small is beyond me right now and we should of issued a ban as soon as this was open.

I will await your resolve of the case on paypal before taking action my end, Failure to do this will result in a community ban and we will take this up with Paypal where to date we have no lost a dispute due to our clear terms.

@IceZarothI have escalated this to a paypal claim, We will not be held to ransom over money, Like I said above you must think very low of this community.

We will be issuing a ban over this if this is not resolved in the given 12 hours (We usually ban instantly) Just incase you are going to use the "respect" quote again.

The way I see it, is if you give him back his Investor tag, there is no grounds for him to continue the dispute, and if he continues you will win said dispute..

But technically speaking without the agreed return being given to him, he has full right to dispute the payment, and with the current situation, he will win the dispute.

@DI KevinIf he wins he wins, its doubtful on a physical goods claim and due to the fact we have never lost a claim due to our clear terms.

Rather than contact us and say hey my investor tag has gone the dispute was opened before the post, Its extremely petty and this community will not be held to ransom.

He has the tag but is community banned until the case has been closed, Right now I am starting to think... is this someone we want in the community ?

Last week he made a point of leaving because he got a warning point for commenting on an unban by a staff team member (as per the rules) and now this, Very petty indeed.
