Detailed Suggestion: 

Good evening. I've come across an empty car park in Mirror Park and would like to suggest it be turned into an official parking as there is already a booth there, but no parking attendant.

The Pros:

It would be nice to have additional parking in for anyone visiting Mirror Park, alongside home-owners in Mirror Park as well. There are not many car-parks on this side of the city, apart from Casino & Trucking Depot so it would be nice to have one roughly in the middle along the south east side of the city.

The Cons:

Dev work

There is not many car parks around there besides taxi if your a taxi driver so +1

Its a nice spot for a romantic walk by the lake with your significant other, or hostage you're about to drown in the lake because they owe you money.
