Brief Summary:
Introduce/Bring back a player owned/controlled warehouse for the purchase and sales of Materials - Ores, Ingots, wood etc
Currently on the server, the avenue to sell materials such as ores, ingots, wood etc that are used in 'crafting' are very limited. This is mostly due to gangs going out to grind to gather their materials, making it cheaper and easier for them to craft things in bulk which is completely understandable, not a lot of point in spending out from gang funds if people each put in a bit of work
The issue is that It is very hard for a legitimate law abiding citizen to sell their products they have grafted for - mostly for the above reasons ^
Over the last few months I have been heavily focused on creating a company that specialises in Logistics and gathering/selling of materials on the server, I have got multiple 'Contracts' with other gangs and groups to either purchase their materials or sell them stuff in bulk - Dean & Dwayne Logistics
However to do the above stuff is quite a struggle having to juggle holding stuff I've bought, ready to craft into steel etc across multiple houses/locations - from an RP perspective its very hard to get someone to come to sensitive locations such as houses I own, storage containers etc due to my other businesses that I am involved in as well as running a legitimate company from a small 2 story house does not make a lot of sense
Having a location such as a warehouse opens up more avenues for RP, ways for people to sell materials interacting with people rather than just running up to local cars with coke or driving NPC's around the place
Pro's:
More RP between buyers and sellers, business meetings to propose deals on buying/selling the materials, another way to earn money on the server
Cons:
Dev work involved setting everything up
Prices etc need to be regulated
