Most of us are in the server for the roleplay, not gunfights though, so why try to start one?
we just wanted to stop the checkpoint mate if the police listened to me after around 4 times of warning them maybe there wouldnt be a gunfight.

I understand why you can see this was bad roleplay, but could you argue that if they put they're hands up they can roleplay after that because if they don't comply and call backup then surely that will just lead to a gunfight aswell?

Maybe because we had 9 people in the area with better weapons.
I asked for evidence but the guy kept denying to answer my question, i clearly asked "Can you fire a warning shot" i am not going to put my hands up with no evidence from a hobo that walked in with not even a backpack with a mk20 he could of picked up on the floor trying to get rid of a checkpoint because its the worst checkpoint he has ever seen .... Really you guys never even once came from the checkpoint to see what was happening and how could i know you had 9 snipers around the hills when i asked for evidence and you failed to provide that we were surrounded. Also saying you had 9 snipers ready makes you look like you were waiting for a gun fight to happen and wanted to kill police officers....

I was the one who had taken the first shot. We didn't want to shoot but in the end we had to, as the cops did not act to our command. If the cops did listen and act to what we wanted them to there would have been no gunfight, and instead some strong roleplay. Also I dont see how I have been banned for poor RP when I was the shooter.

I do believe Papa Smurf made the police aware that there was multiple men in the area
I don't think you're getting the message mate. You can't just tell someone they're surrounded, when they can't see it with their own eyes or there's 0 confirmation of it. Again, hobo's would just do this all day and ruin the police's experience.

They're not even that long range tbh. More medium ranged especially when compared to the sniper scopes.
But my argument is that they're usually out of talking range, or sometimes visual range if on higher ground. Sure, it's great to have the advantage when there IS a gunfight but as someone previously said on the topic:

Probably the worst excuse I've every heard, so because of that, you guys couldn't have all just come in from all sites, sorrounding the checkpoint and all the officers, and really badass like forced all the police on the ground?...

Now I hope that people realise how annoyed Me, Patchwork and Houston were when this took place.
Can't count how many times I've been annoyed with police for bad RP or RDM and many other things but of course they have never been banned because they're willing to learn and not do it in the future, which is fine. I don't see why the same couldn't of happened here.

When police say "whatever" It has nothing to do with the situation being alright or resolved, simply because police are too tired of this shit happening to them too often, and they'd rather spend their time ingame than sitting in a ts channel with some people who only wants to shoot up cops.

Houston clearly tried to roleplaying with you. He then asked for a warning shot when you denied his roleplay. Which you replied saying the exact same line you repeated for times over, basically "Hands up or die"

This is to true...

If you told me you know maybe improve the rp say what i did fine and what i could improve on.

Completely agree with this, this standard of Role Play here is awful. The way he begins with the police officer is evident of baiting almost immediately by his attitude. The situation is premeditated and is clear that he has no intent to role play at all. Sad to see this happen as a lot of other gangs do this like lock picking police vehicles to then initiate on Police after they react, happens in other situations as well this needs to be stopped. I would see no problem with it if he provides threats after he has been detained and he has clearly attempted to RP.

Also personally looks like Hobo Initiation as well due to the fact the weapon looks looted from a dead police officer and assuming that his "friends" will all be decked out ready to snipe and kill the other officers. Using the least "valued" member with the worst gear.

Your trying to make it look like rebels are the only people that perform poor rp. That is not the case. Just because people are in a whitlisted faction does not mean their roleplay is the best. Everyone can improve roleplay. This is a situation that was resolved and everyone could have just moved on from. But I guess not.

But if we were properly spoken to in TS we would have learned from these mistakes and not done it again. I don't think its right to just ban us, no one in this world is perfect every time, we all makes errors and if people make us aware of these it wouldn't happen again.

I agree if you could of just told me maybe improve here and there then i would be more than happy to go on with that.

How else are you going to feel threatened if we don't tell you about the snipers? It's a bit of a lose lose situation here to be honest. We don't give you warning shots we get banned. We give you warning shots and you run away (Not really valuing life) and call 30 police to the scene who will keep coming back after they've died and NLR is over, OR we let you see the snipers in which case the same thing happens as if we give you warning shots.

so your saying a sniper should be 10m away from someone hmmm what snipers are you thinking of?
Or instead of even bothering to get a sniper in the first place, go and find someone to roleplay with. Same as don't jump out of a car with a gun, roleplay instead

Agreed.
