Description of what happened: He was speeding in kavala square, and rammed straight into me as he was driving on the wrong side of the road. I restrain him, and all he says is "Fuck the police" repeatedly. I then begin scrapping his vehicle, with permission from a DSGT, and right after that he DC's from the server.
What Rule Was Broken ?: DC to avoid rp
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No, he was being an obvious troll and just DC'd to get away. He was not on ts, and there was no way for me to contact him.
