So, Upon playing a lot of RPUK I came across 1 issue that never seems to go away, people getting scammed! we have all fallen victim to it even the most knowledgeable players.

Now I know what your thinking, get a solicitor right?! well when I last recall checking the list the past 2 times nobody was around, trades happen all through the day!

Hence why I had an idea, why not make a middleman services business? middleman services charge you a percentage of sale price we could also have an office where the same as solicitors we have list of middlemen available, also possibly a individual middleman ID Card which could be shown on the spot to both parties to show authenticity of a real middleman role.

Also on phone favorites list, this will reduce the potential scam slightly and make it more enjoyable/comfortable for people to make safe and fast transactions.

Yes I agree almost the same but also slightly different.

The Pros: 

Safe & Comfortable transactions.

Authenticity of middlemen.

The Cons:

System almost the same but not completely.

Does this suggestion change balance on the server ?

no, just makes it better to trade I believe and if people dont want 10-20% taken they wont use the services, simple as.

There are a lot of middlemen that does this already on the server. All of it can already be done in RP. Don't believe there is a own "company" for it. But there are opportunities for it within RP.

Although I partly agree, I have never been fully in contact with one, and even so how would authenticity be proven until the deal is done and you know on the basis if you get scammed or not

I don't see how this needs to be a dev implemented suggestion, it doesn't sound like the business has anything unique to it. You say that you couldn't find any solicitors but how would making another, smaller, specialised group help this at all?

I mean. people always claim to "bring there own solicitor" which have still been scammed, so the individual ID Card would prove such authenticity, and also I believe this smaller group would help as they get a sizeable cut from the deal, so why wouldn't they be around?

I've been using middlemen for 2 years now, find one in RP

Always around but just might not be clock in a solicitor, just need to roleplay this imo

This is already done within RP and I don't think needs any development for it.
