Meth and its use

I think Meth should be used as a sort of getaway drug. Say you are on foot you could use meth and an animation occurs and you then can run faster (Obviously in moderation and only until stamina runs out) but in order to counter balance that you get the vision blur like you do when you get revived from the nhs. This means that in order to see again you would have to take paracetamol or maybe a new illegal drug that is hard to get. When taking the paracetamol you obviously fall over and that is another downside to taking meth. I think the drugs need uses and this would be a cool use for meth

I quite like this to be honest. 
I also think that we should be able to make PCP and that increase your armor like cocaine currently does but your vision turns red.
