description = me and my friend were in the middlew of a robbery and had restrained a player in the street after a few minutes of talking we still had in him restrains and were having a conversation and suddenly the player in question logged out leaving us empty handed.

The broken rule in question = 1B) Combat logging during a fire fight, resisting arrest, or when the police are in pursuit is exploiting. Logging off while downed (pending revive) is also a exploit.

Tried resolving = player disconnected
