I do understand you have some questions according to the applications, so you're always free to send me a DM. The application review time depends on the time you submit it, it can take from 5 minutes till 12 hours. Unless there is a problem, like an age issue, then it can take longer.
When doing some research, I saw an application member did your application 50 minutes ago, so you should have recieved a message. If you did not recieve any message from any type, feel free to contact an application team member that is inside of the application team office. When doing this, be aware that it can take a while till they answer due to personal reasons.
