Medals to Emergency Service Formal Uniforms

A few ideas for Emergency Services: Just like the Military has the No.2 Dress (FADS), emergency services have the same. It would give a sense of pride for wearing the uniform and it would look awesome and a lot more professional for professional attire roles and jobs.

I would also like to add Medals. It seems people get praised but nothing comes of it for example, Below is an example of the King's Medal for Emergency Services, 

The are also another medal called the emergency services long service good conduct medal for Ambulance service, The are different medals for LSGC for all services

Also there are a number of awards that could be awarded to service personnel and members of the public such as, 

- George Cross

-George Medal

-Kings Gallantry Medal

-Kings Commendation

- MBE/OBE

Medals could go as a chain or decal that can be worn with formal uniform.

I like the idea, but actually getting the medals made isn't a particularly trivial job and you also have the question of who would award the medals, what would qualify you for them and the like.
