Mechanic job

After completing a npc job at the impound. I then to start another NPC job as normal. However, no location for the next NPC is displayed on the map.  I then try to start another NPC job, but see a message reading you already have started a NPC job.

Its not releasing jobs once you complete them so you are unable to collect a new one.
