Full Description:
Had this a couple times but managed to catch it on video this time. Trying to impound a local vehicle once it was on the truck I would drive down the road for it to come off the truck and spawn back where I picked it up. Happened a couple times with this particular car and I had to go back and reattach it to the back of my truck.
