Me as a officer of altis? Poll

I have heard of officers as young as 13!! and still in the force some of which have high ranks.

so if they are not kicked out of the force for being under age then why are these people not getting accepted, Age discrimination!

I'm sure wilco would not like this especially with the forces numbers diminishing!

Quite a valid point sir.

Like who?

why should i point the finger and potentialy get them kicked out... its not about the people that are already in the force its about the people that are getting rejected over something stupid.

Sorry but I'm for D. Nothing personal.
the poll finished a while ago D was the most voted but for the reason been I am too young and people couldn't take it seriously But has been re opened since my friend who got nearly the same score is the same age .ect just got a accepted. His voice is the same pitch as mine pretty Mutch contradicting the reasons I could join

I am going to try summarise this

I got denied because

+ people couldn't take a younger cop seriously

+ it would upset other people my age

+ I am no young and not mature enough

My friend tom is also 15 we both have the same pitch voice and we are both good at rp we have been playing together.

Tom was asked by Mr.Cardoso and that is fine by me if they have had good rp together, I am ex-crows and simpan, crazy one, t-robot, gill, the RCU maybe even CSO Carlos these are the people I have had good rp with recently and can vouch fr my rp and I have never had a rp complaint and if there has been a misunderstanding I am on ts sorting it out.

My point been that tom and me are nearly the same when it comes to playing on this server the only difference is I have played a bit longer.

I just don't see why he has been accepted when he falls into the exact same selection of reasons I got denied for.

Whilst I was on the cops, I found out a lot of things about my fellow officers. And I can tell you now, just because someone is under the age of 18, doesn't mean they are immature purely because of age. Surely, if their RP is good they should be allowed in. Age does not dictate maturity. When I was a cop one of my colleagues was 20 something and rather immature and ended up leaving and joining the rebels. And this thing about being arrested by someone younger than you, in real life if a 50 year old gets arrested by a 23 year old PCSO, he doesn't start complaining about his age does he? So Gourvo, I would support you getting into the cops. I do understand it would be unfair, but to combat this just remove the unfair rule anyway. Not every under 18 is a troll or twat you know.

In my experience Gourvo is a good roleplayer, and even though he may sound like a squealing pig. Well, not exactly like, but his tone is in a somewhat high pitch (not a squeaker mind you), I believe he has the potential to get far as a cop, both roleplay-wise and maturity-wise.

it seems to me that because you have a high pitch voice you can not enter the police force, well i know the solution... invest in a voice changer :)

Just in case anyone is waiting an admin response on this you wont get one.

The police here are run completely independently (a decision I made took late February/early march)

CC Dave / CSI Mitch have the final say on this matter.
