Maybe personal house's in the future?

Ive been talking with some friends in the server lately, and one of them said that there might arrive a new feature in the server. The feature allows u to buy a personal house or a house for your clan. Like the house, that worked kinda like a spawn beacon. I just wanted to ask if it's were right? If it is, then i think it Would be a great feature!
