It's very good for teaching the basics of roleplay, arma life mechanics and arma controls/mechanics to new players such as this guy. Obviously he doesn't have to join but it's always a good experience for everyone, regardless if you personally wouldn't want to join.

After all it's an arrival post right? Experience all factions and take your pickings!
