1. Looks like speeding to me, not as intentional VDM as you were blocking the street.

We wasnt attacking, just showing off as usual along side UNMC.

Looks like a total VDM to me, clearly doesn't swerve to avoid anyone, and the breaks aren't applied at all.

Yeah, he was VDMing later on too. But on the subject about it being a city attack, Im actually curious on the rules there. Cause you guys were not shooting anyone, but you did set up camp with illegal weapons and vehicles in the middle of Kavala, effectively hindering the police from doing their job, and basically occupying the town center. And also causing me to have a slight heart-attack.

Because the term city attack is being questioned in this thread I will define it for you.
ALUK City Attack-Admin sanctioned attack agreed upon by the attacking party and the resident police of the afore mentioned city that does not involve any form of RP other than a server announcement prior to the killing of any and all individuals residing in the city. The announcement in the form of martial law informs all non-combatants to evacuate from or hide within the city and prepare for self-defense. This allows both main parties to know when to start and those who are already within the city to prepare themselves if they do not wish to participate.
In other words if an entire group or several groups are inside a city,RP occurs and then fighting breaks out between them, it is not a city attack as RP has occurred. The slaughter of civilians in the area is designated as RDM as they are not involved(Excluding irrational hobos.), where in a city attack it is permitted. A City Attack does not involve RP aside from the server announcement,but is a pre-planned test of large scale group will,strength and of course fun that both main parties must agree upon. An example of this is that when one is approved the police pull the majority of their forces into the target town and even off duty police will log on to participate usually giving a force of 15-20 to participate in larger scale combat similar to some events.
