Make Weazel Newspaper available in-game

These newspaper boxes are placed all around LS and I think it would be really sweet if you could access the Weazel Newspaper through them.

The intractability could be handled like the ATMs where all of these objects have it and when you do interact it could pop up embedded in a web tab through iFrame like the IOPC or NHS already have it.

I think this could get the newspaper to a much larger reader base and as a result get more out of the time put in by the Weazel News guys. 

@Norman mentioned that embedding a forum page might not work in which case the newspaper could possibly be published in something like a google doc as well, however this would add a bit of work for the team.

I like the idea but will need to check some stuff around embedding forum stuff first. Will get back on this one.
