Make phone come up over ANPR

Brief Summary: As the title says, phones to be over ANPR when using or popping up for notification

Detailed Suggestion: At the moment, the bottom right of the screen cant be used as a place for ANPR because it will not let us see the phone, unless there is a setting i missed somewhere, make it that the phone shows up above the ANPR

Phone fully open, bottom part is hidden under the ANPR:

 

Notification, hides it completely if i wanted the ANPR right there:

The Pros: Ability to use the bottom right corner for ANPR; Ability to see the phone

The Cons: Some dev work probably

Does this suggestion change balance on the server ? No

i do have it there atm, there are plenty of spaces, but this suggestion is asking for the bottom right corner and the solution is for the phone to come up above the ANPR, really simple

For me i can have things more spread for screen space this way
