Make Kortz Center useable

This is a really nice place that never gets used in anyway really. Maybe just add 1 of everything here so it could be a hot spot for roleplay. 1 clothing store. 1 hair dressers. 1 tattoo shop. 1 burgershot. 1 shop. a bar or pub. A pharmacy. 1 gym. maybe a small doctors office with 1 or 2 beds. a small city hall. Parking near the entrance. Already have a lot in there could be a cool place to go and have a laugh and hang out. Also has nice views of the city at the back.

Would probably take a lot of resources to do this, would be cool to add but there's not that much space to add ALL of that Imo.
