Magic Mushrooms Harvesting

Hi folks.

So me and one other at least are having this issue; When harvesting mushrooms they either A) Don't appear in your inventory when it has said + (x mushrooms) or B) They will show in your inventory and then disappear when harvesting more.

This was the case yesterday evening and continuing into today so it doesn't seem to be a sync issue.

I apologise if this is already known or if I am missing some sort of harvesting tool.
