Description of what happened:
Player was stealing cars from greenzone (not sure, might have been his own, he had multiple tho) to drive people over. Also was being a general obnoxious troll running around singing and looking into backpacks. After a while, when he stole someone's car me and some others gave chase and I managed to kill him with a beautifull headshot when he made a turn. Not 5 minutes later he is back in the same street singing, breaking NLR. Don't have the kill on video unfortunatly so this first breach on NLR is without evidence.
- I approach the player (who is playing music) and type to him he is breaking NLR, also warned that playing music is forbidden. He responds in voice that I just broke a rule by metagaming him and that the NLR only extends to ''over there'' (meaning 200m away). I continue to try and explain, in typing, that he IS breaking NLR and he is breaking the rules about not breaking RP in voice. He also says, in voice, to me that I need to learn how to RP and that I am breaking the NLR myself by recognizing him xD Haha. This part is all in the first recording!
He keeps going on, I loose my temper after a while and tell him I'm a server mentor and this is his last chance to stop breaking the rules before I turn it into a report. He then says; oooh if you're so powerfull just kick me. I lost my temper and said I'd banish him if I could.
The second recording starts with a explosion in the distance (Kavala will be Kavala). I go and investigate and find Maad, admitting to everyone how baddass he was, making those vehicles explode by ramming into them. After a little conversation, in which I get him to admitt it another time on record that he VDM'd the cars (not sure if people were in it, doesn't matter anyway), I lure him just outside the greenzone (see GPS and me zooming in on the map to make sure I am just outside it) and I kill him. (You have no idea how relieved I was, sorry for the shouting) He then breaks RP again by saying after he died that it was RDM.
Third recording starts with me saying the guy will be right back as he is some sort of supernatural ghost creature that can defeat death and just come back. And guess what, he did come back again. And breaking RP, saying he got me on record killing him in a greenzone (which I didn't). Me and the others there try to make that fact penetrate his thick skull, to which we did not seem to succeed. So, I knock him out again, just outside the greenzone.. And because you lot saw enough blood tonight, I cut it short right there. But y'all know what happens to hobo-ghosts who try to steal my stuff (you saw him trying to open my backpack right before I knock him out)

A new life means that your character has lost all previous memories. It still is the character you play, i.e. it is still part of the rebels or cops and it still knows all his friends. Your character just forgets the events and information leading up to their death.
The only exception to this is your wanted level. In our latest release bounty levels are now persistent over deaths to enable long winded police chases and bounty hunter chases... Without this we wont have police and bounty hunters tracking down the person and the person being on the run for weeks/days.
Example: Matt, John and Ben are rebels who try to rob the bank. During the shootout with the cops, Matt and Ben die, John get's arrested and spends some time in jail. When they all meet again, they all would roleplay the situation in a way that they all tried to get away, because they realized that they couldn't handle the situation. Matt and Ben got away, though John got caught. If the players want to have the deaths involved, they might tell stories of other rebels that died there, who were with them initially.

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
As seen in all three video's, no matter how obnoxious he gets, I try to get it across to him by typing. Did not work. Tried looking on teamspeak to no avail. So Yes, I tried, but I already knew it was pointless.
