M4 Duke weird colour glitch

Yesterday it was just the bonnet, I fixed it by choosing a different bonnet. Today its also the skirts as you can see in the picture provided.

Having the exact same issue with this, just to note even standard parts are causing the visual glitch

Just wanting to add having had the unfortunate need to hang out with @DannyGT, I've seen his M4 Duke have the same issue for which he see's too. It's like it when he pulls it from garage.

Done some research on the BMW M4 Duke options online to see if anyone had raised it, but nothing obvious that I can see on any of them raising the same issue.
