As an idea possibility/feasibility.
Fire brigade can sell/install Fore alarms into Business/ garages etc at a price to the owner.
Owner can purchase these systems, several choices 5 detectors/10 detectors etc - all need a monthly subscription to be viable.
Third eye can replace batteries (firefighters only) at cost to owner every three months etc minimal fee
more detectors in place less damage to property/stock. Fires only damage stock if more than 2 fire fighters on duty
if monthly fee not paid etc more damage done to stock etc.
Add a little realism & roleplay as well as interactions.
Needs a little more work but if a viable suggestion happy to reword/rework idea into a proper proposal.
