Time & Date this happened: Saturday 6th March 2015, 10pm (roughly)
Which Server did this happen on: Server 2
Description of what happened: I spawned my hemtt and it bugged and the wheels broke so I had to fix it, when I unlocked it Louis appeared out of nowhere and stole it. I suspect it to be hacking.
What Rule Was Broken ?: Rule 1: Cheating, exploiting, hacking - 1A) Cheats, scripts or hacks of any kind are not allowed. Even those who are not considered harmful, like graphical enhancement utilities
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No, I cant resolve him from hacking he needs removed from the servers.
