Description of what happened: I was in my office talking to some guys about my plans for the next two weeks as Mayor when a naked guy comes in and starts being rude and interrupting the conversations. After a while he leaves the building and our conversations continue but a short while later he returns and gives me £5M in cash. I'm immediately suspicious and excuse myself from the area to check the myaltislife page to see if anyone by that name could afford to hand out money of that value. Unsurprisingly, nobody by that name came even close so I contacted the Police and spoke with DI Gazalad to whom I gave the money to be disposed of.

Now I know that this might be an alter-ego of someone's character but the whole thing was just a bit off and so I have gone down this report route to try and resolve it as by the time I had got the money off the street, louis was nowhere to be found.
What Rule Was Broken ?: 2D) Using known exploits such as looting dead bodies, any duplication of items, duplication of money, using the Anti-VDM script to regain full health, landing on the roof of drug processors, working with Bounty hunters to exploit money from the wanted system, using the ‘Flip Vehicle’ feature outside normal usage (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal)
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No, I was more concerned about getting the money off the street and into safe hands. Once the money had been taken off the street I couldn't find louis to ask where the money had come from etc.
