Helo. I dont know why. but I lost my thempes device and hemtt box. Is this a glitch? or am I just not alowed to have them anymore?

If you left them abandoned in the server, someone may have stolen them and driven them to the chop shop in Agios which scraps them and you would be unable to use them. It is also possible they were scrapped by the police.
If your vehicle explodes beyond repair, it will be inaccessible until the next restart (every 4 hours)

Then they have probably been sold to the scrap yard - you will not be getting them back.
Always put your trucks back in the Garage when done with them or you risk having them stolen and scrapped by other players.
