Quick description of what happened:

I went to Outpost 1 to get my Iffrit out, the server was being slow at processing my demand and was not spawning. I then got shot by Grannez (mug Jk). Iffrit then decides to spawn in. He then informs me he wont scrap it due to these circumstances. 

Some random crew then comes in, steals it then scraps it. (what I was told by Grannez)

The iffrit spawned 10 minutes after he died, if it would have spawned like it usually does i would never have had the chance to kill him. And after it spawned some guys with a strider went in there and took it, we even pumped them with a 50cal offroad but due to desync the iffrit took no damage, all we saw was bullets jumping off it..
