Quick description of what happened: Was playing earlier on yesterday and had all my stuff after we had just cleared out a bank job. After clearing out the bank the server started lagging bad, everyone was stood still for a good 10 minutes or longer, so I took a recording of what I had before I logged off.

I logged back on later on at night, and noticed that all my skills, money and licenses were gone.
