Lost all our oil

Me and a friend had a truck full of oil  (The £100,000 truck) with plus 10 pieces in each of our bags.  Server was due for a restart so we synced data as well as the standard ALUK one.  When we came back in, the truck was empty and nothing in our bags.

We then wrote it off and though "Onward and upwards".

We started again and got the truck full, our bags and even got it sold.  Started heading to the airport to put money in the bank and the server crashed out for us both. We joined back in, all the money was gone and even truck now is not in our garage!

We were on server 2 at approx. 12:30amGMT when the second incident happened. Maybe an hour ish earlier for incident one.

I'm not sure if incident 1 is our fault and we should have sold the stuff faster or what not, we will need to look into your rules.

I wouldn't mind someone taking a look at my request. If there is not enough evidence, then that's fine.  Id rather be refused than ignored

Perhaps reading the way you need to write the report and also what they don't comp for would be a good idea. Here:

They also don't ignore you, admins are very busy and will look at comp requests when they have time.

Comp requests are dealt with, within 24-48hrs. I waiting 11 days because I know how busy they are.

Every server is different and I missed the 'after 12am no compensation part'. Being very new to this server at the time I did not realise there was a set format. Which I obviously do now. It would have been good if it was highlighted to me that I was not following (accidently) the correct method for requesting compensation.

None the less, thank you for pointing out the information I required, and apologies for being such a 'noob' to this forum and the way it works.

P.s. reading my previous post back, it does read kind of rude.  That was not the intention.
