Losing weapons upon being revived

On numerous occasions, I have lost weapons to a game breaking bug which takes place upon becoming critically injured (dying on the floor). While this bug is present, it does not happen upon every death. A noticeable feature to this bug that I have found is that your characters tattoos disappear upon dying, if so happens, it most likely means you will have lost your current weapon(s). As I have no evidence of this bug, I am sure other people will as I know others are aware of this. Due to my lack of evidence, there is no point in my attempting to claim compensation for the loss of my weapons. Thanks

Think just us in the Lost has lost over 5+ weapons (excluding the melee weapons that also disapear) because of the bug recently. This goes from basic vintages to high end exclusive firearms.

A fix has been applied for next update aslong with other death fixes, thank you for reporting. Also added some debugging to the death models (which causes this bug) to see why it happens.
