Lose my gear everytime I log off and back on after a day

Hi guys,

I recently just started playing this server and whenever I log off for the night, log back in the next day my clothing/backpack that I've purchased is gone and I'm fresh again. 

I do still have my money that's banked and vehicles in the garage, I've lost 2 carryall backpacks in 2 days, I know they're only 5k each but it's still a bit annoying.

Each time i've logged off for the night I sync data then log.

Can anyone help? or anyone having the same issue?

Do you spawn in your underwear or with clothes on?

The only thing I can think of is to make sure you wait at least 20 seconds before you log out after syncing your data.

With clothes on, as if I've just started fresh but I still have the same money banked and vehicles.

Like I've synced data before then logged off a few hours later or so, with the gear I've bought and it still disappears. 

Weird.
