Brief Summary: When someone dies, a little bag pops up next to them and you can pick the stuff in their inventory up.

Detailed Suggestion: When someone dies, a bag pops up, and you press E on the bag which would open the Inventory HUD up, you drag everything to your inventory and leave. There is also an animation for like bending over and looking at a bag, not sure what it's called.

The Pros: 

If your friend gets killed by a local, you can pick their loot up

When you kill someone, you can't get their loot. With this implemented you can.

The Cons:

Might give people less reason to keep someone alive instead of just popping shots at them

Does this suggestion change balance on the server ?

This would take all of the roleplay out of things like robberies for example.

As of now, to obtain someone's items, you have to go to them, roleplay with them and give them a reason to drop their items. Implementing something like this would encourage people to just to kill the individual with the bare minimum of roleplay in order to get their items.

Like I said that was one of the cons, however you also have to think of the advantages posted above. If someone is not roleplaying and just trying to kill you, you can report them. This in no way should encourage players to stop roleplaying but should be there to pick up friends items or if you have had a gang war/fight, you should be able to pickup the guns.

Whether it should encourage people or not, it definitely will. People will use this fact to get away with the bare minimum of roleplay to get away with robberies and such, yes there are definitely some advantages to it, but the cons outweigh them in my opinion.

I believe that if this effects the server badly, it can just be removed. I see just one big disadvantage which can be put to bed with a threat of anyone who uses the system to escape roleplay will be banned. I think this solves the problem with this suggestion. Anyone who uses this system to avoid roleplay should be banned for not RPing to good enough standards.

 
Yes and no, moving to rejected but something similar has been approved and worked on. Which takes the concerns raised into account.
