Looking to buy a drug house + garage (About 1 mil to spend)

I am looking for a drug house, preferably near the coca fields. I also like a garage in this house to be able to pull out cars and do easy drug runs. I want a decent amount of storage space to be able to store the drugs, and a variety of different things. 

Leave a comment if you have something like this that will suite my needs.
