Logged on Today Since Christmas and my House is Gone?? (Refused)

I logged on today for the first time since Christmas and my house is no longer there?

Is it possible to bring it back? its in Anthrakina

Are you sure you logged in during december ?

Oh that seems to explain it, do we not get reimbursed or is the money lost?

Its lost, you need to login every 60 days to keep your house/houses
