Loading screen on other aspect ratios

If you do not have a 16:9 monitor, such as my 21:9 (2560x1080), the server intro ends up being zoomed in (making it pixelated) and heavily cropped at the bottom. This was an issue with previous intros as well.

If instead it handled other aspect ratios by adding black bars and not cropping the video that would be lovely
