List of weapons/gear available from Advanced Weapons?

Hi, I'm thinking about saving up for Advanced weapons training but don't want to waste the 10 mil. Is it actually worth it? What perks can you get for having it and what guns/gear is available from there? Thanks.

Ability to pat people down (very useful! If you have someone in restraints it means you have the ability to take their items off of them)

Actually , there's an ATM right at the Dodgy Dave shop (advanced weapons 

) so you shouldn't go there with all the money in your pocket .
