Let Park Rangers Pickup Props

As a ranger I like to use props when I can as its just a little something extra that adds to the RP. I think that as Rangers we should be able to pickup to props the same as the police as we are provided them to use but have to "steal" them to pick them up again. 

Pros:
Rangers may use props more often as they will have less risk of being stolen and are easier to pick up after
Cons:
Cant think of any

+1 We have access to the props in our armoury so really should be able to get them out.
