Description of what happened: He kept jumping out of the police car, when restrained, even after I told him it was against the rules.
What Rule Was Broken ?: Jumping out of a police car when restrained.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, I told him multiple times that it was against the server rules, but he ignored me. (He did not seem to be very good at english)
