Description of what happened: Stood there minding my own buisness then this guy runs up and shoots me from behind.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: RDM
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Attempted to get him on TS to talk to him however there is no response.

He was shooting at the tires of the car becuase I crashed into the car and had a discussion with the owner about an out of court settlement. Which was settled. Which he didn't abid by after we paid him and wanted to press charges for car damage. So we shot the guys tires out. I have this all recorded also. You were simply in the wrong place at the wrong time and was a case of mistaken identity I guess.

 
As jamesphillips says, I went back for revenge on someone else. We paid a guy for hitting his car, but as we left I heard him saying he was going to press charges. So I went back to shoot out his tires and kill him for this betrayal. I shot out his tires, saw a guy hiding nearby and took him out. Figured I'd won. Didn't realise it was not the guy and a medic at that. My bad.
