Description of what happened: He combat-logged once when we were taking him to the police station, he then reconnected and started pick-locking another car so we zip-tied him and made our way to the police station but he logs out again.
What Rule Was Broken ?: Combat-Logging
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No, he was purposely trolling because the first time we escorted him to the station he said "I'm going to log off now" after trying to persuade us to let him go.

My shadowplay didn't record the first combat-log that he did but the screenshot below shows when he reconnected and then the video shows what he did after spawning in.
