Description of what happened: We were making a roadblock at the gold buyer, and this guy came to troll us, when i given him a ticket 3 times and were about to send him to prison, he combatlogged.
What Rule Was Broken ?: 1B) Combat logging during a fire fight, resisting arrest, or when the police are in pursuit is exploiting. Logging off while downed (pending revive) is also a exploit.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No, he logged out
