Time & Date this happened: 24/6/2015 around Midnight (can't remember if it was before or after restart)

Description of what happened: Dentibus had taken another player (Alex) to kavala HQ for processing/questioning. On his way there he noticed someone with a pistol was following him so I started heading there as well. As I was arriving I heard gunshots an Dentibus said someone was shooting at him. Dentibus died, I rubber bulleted KingOJ, and restrained him. As he was getting up from the floor he started shooting at me while restrained, the images show smoke/dust and my health going down, hopefully that is enough, I was having trouble with the video but I do have a video of the whole situation if necessary.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
[SIZE=medium]6B) You are unable to kill anyone in a blue zone (Punishment is a ban)[/SIZE]
2D) Using known exploits such as looting dead bodies, any duplication of items, duplication of money, using the Anti-VDM script to regain full health, landing on the roof of drug processors, working with Bounty hunters to exploit money from the wanted system, using the ‘Flip Vehicle’ feature outside normal usage (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal)
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: I sent KingOJ a message in game as I didn't find him in teamspeak, he didn't respond.
